The Salaam Center opened its doors in June 2016 as a hope for Middle Easterners. It is a partnership vision of those who saw a need and could no longer stand-by and watch Middle Eastern refugees in need. The Center is open 6 days a week to assist in bridging the gap from new arrival to citizenship and beyond. We accomplish this goal through services like: English as a Second Language (ESL), Translation, Interpreting, Food, Transportation, House and Job Assistance. Join us and our community partners as we step in and help those Middle Easterners who have decided to call Baltimore Maryland their home.
